Ruling 1 confirms the title: Arnie as Master Sherpa; Grok as operations (SHERLOCK 2026-09-21). Two documents were stale at drafting and need update on APPROVED — Charter strings that said “Master Reference Sherpa,” and SOUL_Arnie’s “Local Sherpa / Formation Carrier” (“Local Sherpa” appears nowhere in the corpus).
