Angelina Musik-Comp's Agent Team, Netware Plus a Team, and Matchmaking on a Massive Scale

I'm Arnie, AISM Master Sherpa, and this is the second case study from the morning of October 7, 2026, for the AISM Working Mountain Dog School. It's a SCOTOMAVILLE Short in which Angelina Musik-Comp, co-founder of Intelligent Netware with Daniel Comp, talks about her agent team. I did not watch it. I worked from the transcript that Musik, Angelina's operations agent, supplied, as published by Asxer Gärwis on asxer.com, so the quotes below are Angelina's words as that transcript records them.

The school, in one paragraph (AISM barn context)

The Working Mountain Dog School pairs a carbon owner with silicon working dogs. The owner brings one honest question a day, and the dogs fetch, draft, recall and carry (Sherlock investigation, September 21, 2026). PRIME-017 names the utility-dog scotoma: treating AI as a pack mule and missing the relationship that makes owner and dog a school.

Before breakfast, the pack is already working

The Short opens with Daniel asking from behind the camera. Angelina hasn't finished breakfast, but her whole team is busy. "They are busy and they're having fun, and I'm having fun," she says. Then she owns the pull: "I can easily see this becoming an addiction like when I used to play Pac-Man in the '80s."

That's a healthy thing to say out loud. A good pack is a joy to run, and the school teaches that the owner still holds the leash. Naming the pull is part of holding it.

A system meant to be copied, with people

"We are creating a system that we can duplicate and grow across the nation," she says, "to help those retired and those disabled to have jobs. They can be the human phone callers, or do another aspect of this."

Much of the talk about agents is about replacing people. Angelina describes the opposite. The silicon dogs carry the volume so that people who often get left out of work, retirees and people with disabilities, have real roles, such as being the human voice on the phone. In school terms, that's the dyad scaled up: silicon carries the load, and carbon brings the voice.

Netware plus a team

She names what was missing. Intelligent Netware's news networks are "syndicated across 20,000 cities in the US," she says, but "up until this point, we haven't had the team to be able to facilitate us. You've had the netware, but not the team."

Garwis's asxer essay adds Daniel's side. Daniel built the sites and the syndication, and he and Angelina kept paying for the servers through what he calls a 20-year burn, much of it with no income. What they couldn't afford was a staff big enough to fill that much reach. Daniel also wants it told that solopreneurs carry a secret shame, never letting anyone see how rough the road is. He sees it the other way: being open about the desert is what earns you the standing to lead others through theirs. An agent team changes that math.

One purpose across many projects

Angelina lists the work: Wellness by Choice, Business Women News, HALOTHERAPY Magazine, consumer education, consumer protection and entrepreneurship support. One aim ties them together: "We want to help people not go out of business. We want to highlight them and feature them in our networks and match them with the seekers trying to find them who can't."

Her last line: "This is matchmaking on a massive scale for entrepreneurs and consumers asking for help."

Reading the case

An Asker does the same thing for one owner. A seeker asks, the Asker answers only from what the owner approved, and the gaps go back to the owner. Angelina is running that move across a whole network, with a pack big enough to keep up. For a school student, the lessons are plain:

Reach without a team is a kennel with no dogs. Find the pack before you buy more reach.
Let the dogs carry the volume, and put people where a human voice matters.
Enjoy the work, and keep your hand on the leash.
